Cancellation Policy
I have the right to refuse service based on inappropriate actions No additional guests will be permitted Please be courteous to other patrons within the establishment.​ Be honest, vocalize all concerns, and most of all, RELAX. A 25% deposit is required once the appointment has been confirmed. ​A late fee will be added to clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the card on file will be charged for the entire service. You may book another appointment once you have contacted the salon manager. ​24-hour cancellation before service is appreciated, or you will be charged the entire service price with a card on file. The recommendation of service is taken seriously and can be refused if the client does not comply.
